Cook / Chef de Partie (m/f/d)

Duties:

• Preparing, cooking, and attractively plating dishes for à la carte and banquet service
• Professional and creative preparation of ingredients to ensure a delicious, healthy menu selection, including finger foods, buffets, and set menus
• Setting up the workstation (“mise en place”) and managing the kitchen station independently
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP hygiene standards and successfully implementing our standards

What you bring to the table:

• Ideally, a completed culinary training program (all genders), and several years of professional experience are desirable
• Solid technical knowledge and strong culinary skills
• Strong service orientation, a hands-on attitude, and a passion for teamwork
• An independent, structured, and responsible work style
• Ability to handle pressure, flexibility, and a strong commitment to quality and responsibility
• Exemplary adherence to HACCP guidelines and consistent compliance with them
• Good German language skills are a plus
• Ability to independently manage and organize the assigned position
