Chef de Partie (m/f/d) Hotel Weisses Rössl am Wolfgangsee
Work where others go on vacation—right on the shores of picturesque Lake Wolfgang, one of Austria's most traditional and renowned hotels awaits you: the Romantik Hotel Weisses Rössl.
To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a committed and passionate Chef de Partie who will delight our guests with their culinary skills, enthusiasm, creativity, and quality awareness.
Your tasks
In our three restaurants – from the traditional tavern area to fine dining – you will support our kitchen crew in the preparation and presentation of all dishes. You will take on a position on your own responsibility and, together with the team, ensure the highest quality and smooth processes.
Your area of responsibility will include:
- Independently managing a kitchen station
- Creative and high-quality preparation of dishes
- Appealing and careful presentation of our dishes
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
- Actively contributing to our seasonal and regional cuisine
Requirements
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef
- Professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
- Passion for high-quality, regional, and creative cuisine
- Team spirit, resilience, and sense of responsibility
- Well-groomed appearance and enjoyment of the profession
- Language skills
German
