Requirements
You already have several years of management experience and expertise in the hospitality industry, particularly in upscale hotels and the banquet sector, and you are a skilled host. Your goal is to lead and develop a team—composed of both experienced and younger members—with a high degree of personal responsibility, dedication, and organizational skills. You take pleasure in treating guests to culinary delights. Your profile is rounded out by your willingness to go the extra mile and your team-player qualities. You are fluent in German and English, and ideally speak another foreign language. A polished demeanor, strong communication skills, and a well-groomed appearance are second nature to you.
