For our a la carte restaurant "Flos Restaurant" we are looking for support in the kitchen from May. Our restaurant is currently rated with 2 forks in Falstaff and 15 points/3 HAUBEN in Gault Millau. We enjoy a very high proportion of regular guests who appreciate the high quality of our cuisine and service. We are a small, family-run team that is committed to the big picture and always gives 120%. So we are only the right place for you if you are prepared to take the 2-3 extra steps. In our kitchen there is a pleasant and respectful "you" culture, we also get along very well privately and are therefore looking for someone who really fits in with us, because the atmosphere in our company is sometimes the most important thing to perform at this level every day. :-) We offer you a varied, fulfilling and challenging job in a dynamic team consisting exclusively of specialists and "specialist nerds" ;-) Performance-related remuneration is a matter of course for us.

We achieve and move great things together, it is important to us that you share in our success. We certainly won't line your pockets for your work with us, so if you're only looking for a job in the kitchen for the money, you're not in the right place either. We pay appropriately, fairly and certainly above average, but still in a ratio that both parties can live well with and from. We haven't paid collectively for almost 20 years. After all, we want to be able to charge "normal" and "affordable" prices for our food and drinks. If you need a room, we have the possibility to provide you with one. Food is available anyway, because as I always say: "If you go hungry in the kitchen, it's your own fault". We are always happy when our colleagues and colleagues are with us for the long term, and we usually manage that. From time to time, however, someone changes kitchens and so we are currently in the situation that our Chris has left us after 4 years to explore kitchens and restaurants abroad. That's why we are looking for you (only if the above applies) from mid-December until the beginning of April. If everything fits, permanent contracts are also possible and available in our company. The exact salary will be discussed in a personal interview.
