Our establishment stands for high-quality cuisine, regional products and genuine hospitality. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a committed Chef de Partie who takes responsibility and cooks with passion.
Your tasks
- Independent management of a post
- Preparation and presentation of dishes to a high quality standard
- Ensuring the smooth running of your own post
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP
- Assisting with the receipt, storage and inspection of goods
- Participation in the further development of menus and recipes
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef
- Several years of professional experience in the catering or hotel industry
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Ability to work in a team, resilience and quality awareness
- Passion for good food and clean workmanship
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Language skills
