Description
Our restaurant is known for its high-quality cuisine, regional ingredients, and genuine hospitality. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a dedicated chef de partie who is willing to take on responsibility and cooks with passion.
Your Responsibilities
- Independent management of a station
- Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Ensuring smooth operations at your station
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP
- Assisting with receiving, storing, and inspecting goods
- Contributing to the development of menus and recipes
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef
- Several years of professional experience in the restaurant or hotel industry
- Ability to work independently, in an organized manner, and with a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team, resilience, and a commitment to quality
- Passion for good food and culinary craftsmanship
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Language skills
