Requirements
- Education: Successfully completed vocational training as a chef (ideally).
- Experience: Initial or several years of professional experience in upscale restaurants or the hospitality industry, ideally already in the role of garde manger or commis de cuisine / demi chef de partie.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of preparing cold dishes and confidence in handling delicate ingredients (fish, meat, seafood).
- Creativity: A keen eye for detail, colors, and modern plating techniques.
- Work Style: Ability to perform well under pressure, even during peak hours, and a highly organized and meticulous approach to work.
- Personality: A team player who is reliable, flexible, and passionate about the profession.
