Requirements
Your responsibilities:
- Independently managing your station (e.g., Entremetier or Gardemanger)
- Preparing fresh, creative dishes for breakfast, the lunch buffet, the dinner menu, and à la carte
- Collaborating with the head chef and team to ensure smooth operations
- Shared responsibility for hygiene and quality
What you bring to the table:
- Completed culinary training and experience as a Chef de Partie or motivated Demi Chef
- Passion for high-quality, fresh cuisine
- Team spirit, flexibility, and reliability
- Willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- If you enjoy cooking vegetarian or vegan dishes—we’d love to hear your ideas
- Language skills
German
B2 (good intermediate level)

Offer
Here’s what we offer:
- Salary: Minimum collective bargaining agreement salary of €2,165 gross – we pay €2,500 to €2,800 gross for 5 days/40 hours, depending on qualifications and experience
- Seasonal or full-time position
- Regular working hours & a small, motivated team
- Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM to approx. 9:30 PM
- Free meals
- 3 times a day, 7 days a week
- Free housing—if desired
- We’ll put you up in our staff residence (about a 5-minute walk from the hotel) in a single or double room with a private bathroom (shower/toilet), Wi-Fi, and cable TV.
- A washing machine, a parking space, and bicycle storage are also available.
- Work where others vacation—at the beautiful Lake Fuschl, near Salzburg
- In addition, our team members can use the Fuschlseebad with lake access, fitness center, and sauna free of charge.
- Our hotel’s own bike rental service, featuring road bikes, mountain bikes, and gravel bikes, is also available to our team free of charge.
