Requirements
Your tasks:
- Independent management of your position (e.g. Entremetier or Gardemanger)
- Preparation of fresh, creative dishes for breakfast, lunch buffet, evening menu & à la carte
- Collaboration with the head chef and team to ensure that everything runs smoothly
- Shared responsibility for hygiene & quality
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a chef and experience as a chef de partie or motivated demi chef
- Passion for high-quality, fresh cuisine
- Team spirit, flexibility and reliability
- Enjoy helping out wherever it's needed
- If you like to cook vegetarian or vegan dishes - we are very grateful for your input

Offer
Here’s what we offer:
- Salary: Minimum collective bargaining agreement salary of €2,165 gross – we pay €2,500 to €2,800 gross for 5 days/40 hours, depending on qualifications and experience
- Seasonal or year-round position
- Regular working hours & a small, motivated team
- Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM to approx. 9:30 PM
- Free meals
- 3 times a day, 7 days a week
- Free accommodation—if desired
- We’ll put you up in our staff residence (about a 5-minute walk from the hotel) in a single or double room with a private bathroom (shower/toilet), Wi-Fi, and cable TV.
- A washing machine, a parking space, and bicycle storage are also available.
- Work where others vacation—at the beautiful Lake Fuschl, near Salzburg
- In addition, our team members can use the Fuschlseebad with lake access, fitness center, and sauna free of charge.
- Our in-house bike rental service, featuring road bikes, mountain bikes, and gravel bikes, is also available to our team free of charge.
