Requirements
What you should bring to the table:
- A completed culinary training program and experience in fine dining
- Current HACCP training or comparable training in hygiene standards
- Excellent technical and product knowledge
- Decisiveness and teamwork skills
- Confident and professional demeanor
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Valid work permit
Your responsibilities include:
- Daily preparation of mise en place
- Preparing and plating dishes
- Organizing and coordinating processes at your station
- Economical and responsible handling of food and raw materials
- Continuous maintenance of quality standards and production processes
- Compliance with HACCP standards throughout the kitchen
- Language skills
German
B2 (good intermediate level)
