Requirements
What you should bring with you:
- Completed training as a chef and experience in upscale gastronomy
- Current HACCP training or comparable training in hygiene standards
- Very good technical and product knowledge
- Ability to make decisions & work in a team
- Confident and confident appearance
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- valid work permit
These are your tasks:
- Daily preparation of the mise en place
- Producing and serving dishes
- Organization and coordination of the processes at your post
- Economical and responsible handling of food and raw materials
- Continuous maintenance of quality standards and production processes
- Compliance with HACCP standards in the entire kitchen area
- Language skills
