Requirements
- Completed training as a chef or initial experience as a young chef
- Training in hygiene standards desirable but not necessary
- Initial technical and product knowledge desirable
- Motivation and enjoyment of the work
- Good knowledge of German and English
- valid work permit
These are your tasks:
- Daily preparation of the mise en place
- Support in the production and preparation of dishes
- Help with organization and coordination in the kitchen
- Learning and applying responsible handling of food and raw materials
- Continuous maintenance of quality standards and production processes
- Compliance with HACCP standards in the entire kitchen area
- Language skills
