Description
For our restaurant "Bergrestaurant Schafberg Hüsli" with a service restaurant with approx. 280 seats, a self-service restaurant with approx. 80 seats and an umbrella bar at the valley station, we are looking for a cook.
Tasks:
- Independent preparation of dishes
- Clean and quality-conscious work
- Compliance with our standards and hygiene regulations
- Preparation of the daily mise en place
- Assignment to all positions
Requirements
Your profile:
- Professional experience in à la carte gastronomy
- Ability to work under pressure, reliability & team spirit
- High sense of responsibility
- Good culinary expertise
- Good knowledge of German
- Language skills
German
C1 (advanced knowledge)
- Work permit
