Requirements
- Completed training as a confectioner or pastry chef with sound food and product knowledge
- Several years of professional experience
- Enjoyment of the profession and attention to detail
- Team player, punctual and resilient personality
Tasks
- Production and preparation of all desserts and sweets of the highest quality for the à la carte restaurant and the half-board gourmet menu
- Organization of the smooth running of the post
- Team-oriented work
- Quality and time management
- Competence in the preparation of ingredients, cooking and serving
