Requirements
- Completed training as a pastry chef or confectioner with in-depth knowledge of food and products
- Several years of professional experience
- Enjoyment of the profession and attention to detail
- A team player with a punctual and resilient personality
Responsibilities
- Production and preparation of all desserts and sweet dishes of the highest quality for the à la carte restaurant and the half-board gourmet menu
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the station
- Team-oriented work
- Quality and time management
- Expertise in ingredient preparation, cooking, and plating
