Description
We are looking for a motivated breakfast chef (m/f/d) for our child-free cozy hotel with 60 beds on Lake Mattsee in northern SalzburgerLand (20 km from Salzburg). You will be responsible for preparing the breakfast buffet and freshly cooking our egg dishes. You will also support our kitchen crew with mise en place work, mainly in the cold kitchen. Requirements
We are looking for a new team member for our award-winning kitchen team. We are a close-knit team serving a maximum of 60 adult guests. We mainly offer our hotel guests gourmet half-board with a breakfast buffet and evening menu. We also offer an à la carte menu for breakfast guests and external guests during the day and in the evening. We cook mainly with local, high-quality products and like to complement these with international preparation methods and products. We love to conjure up a wonderful culinary experience for our guests and do our work with love. Working hours are scheduled as continuous service. As a team member, the breakfast chef (m/f/d) naturally also supports the other areas in the kitchen and is an important part of the culinary team!
