To strengthen our team at the Seeside Hotel, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our award-winning kitchen as a station chef.

You will be an important part of our kitchen crew, working alongside the entire team to treat our guests to high-quality cuisine—and in our fine dining restaurant Overture, with its four tables, even at a level worthy of a culinary award (2 Gault Millau toques, 2026). Requirements

We are looking for a new team member to join our award-winning kitchen team. We are a close-knit team serving a maximum of 60 adult guests. For our hotel guests, we primarily offer a gourmet half-board package featuring a breakfast buffet and a set dinner menu. In addition, we offer an à la carte menu during the day and in the evening for breakfast guests and external guests. We cook primarily with high-quality local products and enjoy complementing them with international cooking styles and ingredients. We love creating a wonderful culinary experience for our guests and put our hearts into our work. Depending on availability and preference, shifts are primarily available as full shifts. We are a small but close-knit team; we support one another and help out in other areas as needed. Offer

You can expect a friendly, informal working atmosphere, a 5-day week (full-time) and an upscale working environment. Fixed company vacation periods: approx. 1 week at Christmas (incl. 24 and 25 December) and approx. 2 weeks in January. Further vacations by arrangement.
