We’re the ski lodge in the Zillertal Arena and the BASECAMP in the heart of Gerlos —with a laid-back atmosphere, culinary delights, and the best club music.
As a production chef, you’ll be responsible for mise en place and preparing our dishes. You’ll work cleanly, systematically, and efficiently, and—together with the kitchen team—ensure that everything runs smoothly during service.

Requirements
You work neatly, quickly, and in an organized manner, and you already have experience in the kitchen. You are reliable, a team player, and enjoy pitching in. Experience in preparing and cooking Tyrolean dishes is a must!
