We’re the ski lodge in the Zillertal Arena and the BASECAMP in the heart of Gerlos —with a laid-back atmosphere, culinary delights, and the finest club music.
As a sous chef, you’ll support our head chef in day-to-day operations, take on responsibility in the kitchen, and work with the team to ensure seamless service. You’re skilled in both Tyrolean and modern cuisine and enjoy working with high-quality ingredients.

Requirements
Experience as a sous chef or in a similar position is required. You work independently, are organized and quality-conscious, enjoy taking on responsibility, and are a true team player—even when things get stressful.

Employment & Salary
3950 € gross / month
Depending on qualifications and experience; Day shift / 48 hours per week / 6-day workweek; Meals & lodging INCLUDED; Holidays EXTRA; + Vacation pay + Christmas bonus EXTRA (13th and 14th pay)+ Tips EXTRA Meals during working hours & housing included—a 20 m² studio just for you
