As a sous chef, you’ll support our head chef in day-to-day operations, take on responsibility in the kitchen, and work with the team to ensure seamless service. You’re skilled in both Tyrolean and modern cuisine and enjoy working with high-quality ingredients.

Requirements
Experience as a sous chef or in a similar position is required. You work independently, are organized and quality-conscious, enjoy taking on responsibility, and are a true team player—even when things get stressful.
