Requirements
We are a family-run 3-star superior hotel in Hochgurgl at an altitude of 2,150 meters, boasting a unique location right in the heart of the ski resort and a long season running from November 5 to April 25, 2024. Our kitchen team, consisting of 1 head chef and 1 sous chef, totals 4 people including you. The kitchen team prepares a 5-course dinner menu daily for approximately 80 hotel guests, as well as an afternoon cake buffet.
Accordingly, the tasks are as follows:
- Half-board meal preparation (appetizers, main courses, desserts)
- Hearty, home-style cooking that's both delicious and satisfying
- Prepare à la carte orders
- Prepare side dishes, prepare salads, prepare appetizers, soups, and desserts
- Cleaning the work area
