Requirements
We are a family-run 3-star superior hotel in Hochgurgl at an altitude of 2,150 meters, boasting a unique location right in the heart of the ski resort and a long season running from November 14 to April 20, 2027. Our kitchen team, consisting of 1 head chef and 1 sous chef, will include you as the fourth member. The kitchen team prepares a 5-course dinner menu daily for approximately 80 hotel guests, as well as an afternoon cake buffet. Accordingly, the tasks are as follows: - Preparing half-board meals (appetizers, main courses, desserts) - Home-style cooking that is flavorful and hearty - Preparing à la carte orders - Preparing side dishes, salads, appetizers, soups, and desserts - Cleaning the workstation
