Requirements
We are a family-run 3 *** superior hotel in Hochgurgl at 2,150m with a unique location at 2,150m directly in the ski area and long season from 05 November to 25.04.2024. Our kitchen team, consisting of 1 chef, 1 sous chef consists of 4 people with you. The kitchen team prepares for about 80 hotel guests daily 5-course evening menu and afternoon cake buffet.
Accordingly, the tasks are as follows:
- Half board preparation (starters, main courses, desserts)
- Good home cooking that tastes and is solid
- prepare à la carte orders
- Prepare side dishes, prepare salads, prepare appetizers, soups and desserts
- Cleaning the workplace
