Requirements

As a pastry chef, you are the creative force behind all things sweet. You bring inspiring ideas to the table, surprise guests with sophisticated creations, and work with the kitchen team to introduce new culinary highlights.

Professional Qualifications

  • Completed training as a chef/pastry chef or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in fine dining or patisserie
  • In-depth knowledge of classic and modern dessert techniques
  • Confident handling of high-quality, seasonal, and regional products
  • Experience in developing and creating your own dessert creations
