• Communication skills as well as guest and service orientation (advising guests and taking guest wishes into account)

Your tasks:

• Installation
• Ensuring guest satisfaction
• Collaboration with team members
• Knowledge of the products we offer and the a la carte menu
• Taking on the role of sommelier if the restaurant does not have its own sommelier
• Cooperation with the Commis de Rang in the preparation of the tables
• Ensure general care and cleanliness in the service station
