We are looking for a Spa Manager who not only knows the best massage and cosmetic techniques, but is also a real organizational talent and has specialist knowledge and leadership skills. Our spa is more than just a place of beauty - it is an oasis of peace and relaxation where our guests can switch off and recharge their batteries.

Your mission:

• Management and organization of the SPA area and ensuring optimal operating procedures
• Select, train and motivate a team of spa staff to ensure a positive working environment and high quality of service
• Guest care, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and ensuring an unforgettable wellness experience for the guest
• Flawless guest communication: Smooth and professional complaint management that is always solution- and guest-oriented
• Flawless knowledge of Familux standards, the entire contents of the manual, as well as all products and treatments used in the spa must be mastered
• Trusting exchange with the General Manager
• Ensuring the monthly sales and Revinate targets, as well as organizing a flawless performance around the achievement of these targets
• Regular participation in periodic management training courses
• Developing new sales strategies and supporting the team in implementing them
• Order and cleanliness are high values and are carried out in an exemplary manner
• Responsible for orders and inventories
• Acting on your own initiative and always keeping up to date with the latest information

What you bring with you:

• Completed relevant vocational training
• ideally qualifications from the cosmetics or massage sector
• Free access to the labor market in Austria
• Business fluent in written and spoken German
• Good knowledge of English (B1)
• Willingness to work in a team, commitment, reliability, decisiveness and punctuality, independence,
• Willingness to live the philosophy
