We are looking for you - Innovative, creative cuisine inspires our young and old guests and whets their appetite for more. With your young, committed team, you will cook upscale Tyrolean cuisine with that certain something of internationality and lightness. Freshness, regionality and home-made dishes are particularly important to us. Our restaurant is a 4* gourmet restaurant that meets the highest standards.

Your tasks:

  • Management of all operational and administrative activities and processes in coordination with the Chef de Cuisine
  • Checking stock levels, placing orders
  • Creation of departmental duty and vacation schedules
  • Management, further development & coordination of the kitchen team
  • Compliance with HACCP hygiene and quality standards
