Head Waiter (m/f/d)

To that end, we’re looking for a dedicated individual to serve as Chef de Rang (m/f/d)—someone who enjoys working with people, takes on responsibility, and works with our team to ensure an all-around excellent service experience.

Start date: December 2 or by agreement—either as a seasonal or full-time position.Your responsibilities with us:

• You will manage your own service station independently and responsibly.
• With your warm and attentive manner, you’ll ensure that our guests feel completely at ease.
• You’ll serve food and drinks professionally and with an eye for detail.
• You’ll provide expert advice to our guests as they choose their food and drinks.
• Together with your colleagues, you’ll ensure that service runs smoothly.
• You support and guide the Commis de Rang and our trainees in their daily service duties.
• Smooth and hassle-free collaboration with the kitchen and service team comes naturally to you.
• Through careful preparation and professional mise en place, you lay the foundation for a successful service.
