Head Waiter (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang to join our service team

Your Responsibilities - Greeting and assisting guests (providing advice and making sales) in your section - Ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks in the restaurant - Complying with established HACCP guidelines - Maximizing restaurant revenue through upselling - Managing a section - Supervising a commis de rang in the section - Serving meals - Breakfast- Lunch and dinner service - Mise en place duties - Participating in daily service briefings and regular training sessions 

What you should bring to the table: - Completed training in the restaurant/hospitality industry or professional experience as a Chef de Rang in the upscale hospitality sector - Excellent command of German and English - Strong organizational skills, ability to work well in a team, and leadership qualities - Knowledge of beverages and wine - A friendly and warm demeanor

What to expect:
