Chef de Rang (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang to strengthen our service team

Your tasks -Reception and care of guests (advice and sales) at his station - Ensuring the smooth running of daily tasks in the restaurant - Compliance with the prescribed HACCP guidelines - Optimization of turnover in the restaurant through additional sales - Responsibility for a station - Supervision of a Commis de Rang at the station - Dining service - Breakfast, lunch and dinner service - Mise en place - Participation in daily service briefing and regular training sessions

What you should bring:-Completed training in the gastronomy/hotel industry or professional experience as Chef de Rang in the upscale hotel industry -Very good knowledge of German & English -Organizational skills, ability to work in a team and leadership skills -Beverage and wine knowledge -Friendly & cordial demeanor
