Patissier (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated pastry chef to join our kitchen team

Your tasks -Responsibility for desserts, pastries etc -Ensuring the smooth running of the daily tasks in the kitchen -Compliance with the prescribed HACCP guidelines - Live cooking at the buffet - Responsibility for a station - Supervision of an apprentice / trainee - Proper handling of food work according to our standards and checklists - Mise-en-place activity - Participation in daily kitchen briefing and regular training courses

What you should bring:-Completed training in the kitchen or professional experience as a patissier/pastry chef in the upscale hotel industry -Very good knowledge of German & English -Organizational skills, ability to work in a team and leadership skills -Good cooking skills -Friendly and cordial manner
