Pastry Chef (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated pastry chef to join our kitchen team

Your Responsibilities -Responsible for desserts, pastries, etc.-Ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks in the kitchen-Compliance with prescribed HACCP guidelines-Live cooking at the buffet-Responsibility for a workstation-Mentoring an apprentice / interns-Proper handling of food-Working according to our standards and checklists-Mise-en-place tasks-Participation in daily kitchen briefings and regular training sessions 

What you should bring to the table: - Completed culinary training or professional experience as a pastry chef in the upscale hospitality industry - Excellent command of German and English - Strong organizational skills, ability to work well with others, and leadership qualities - Solid culinary skills - A friendly and warm demeanor
