We are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang for our Schönruh vacation hotel on Lake Faaker See. 🌿
You’ll support our dedicated service team and help create unforgettable moments of enjoyment for our guests. We offer a varied and exciting role within a friendly, dynamic team where teamwork and mutual support are top priorities.

Requirements

- As the restaurant manager’s right-hand person, you’ll support him in all matters
- The service management team also relies on your help
- You’ll welcome and attend to our guests
- You’ll advise them on their food, beverage, and wine selections
- You’ll handle reservations and billing independently and with personal responsibility
- During mise en place, you ensure structured work organization, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards

What We Expect From You
- A neat and professional appearance, a positive attitude, and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with our guests
- You have a good command of German; English is a desirable plus
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience
- Organizational skills
- Expertise in food and beverages
- Commitment, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work well in a team
- Training as a hotel or restaurant specialist is an advantage
