Requirements
Your responsibilities with us:
- Independently leading the kitchen team
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes as part of the half-board menu and à la carte offerings
- Creating the menu plan with an emphasis on seasonal and regional products
- Placing and monitoring orders
- Ensuring, guiding, and supporting smooth operations in the kitchen
- Responsibility for hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training as a chef and professional experience
- Strong technical skills and a passion for both traditional and creative cooking
- Sense of responsibility, independence, and organizational skills
- Clean, structured, and efficient work habits
- Ability to work well with others and a friendly demeanor—even during busy times
- Reliability and a calm demeanor in daily work
- Passion for the profession and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
