We are looking for a motivated service employee for our family-run 4-star children's hotel and for our à la carte restaurant. You will support our service crew to pamper our guests with culinary delights from the kitchen and cellar. We offer you a varied and challenging job in a dynamic team. Requirements
To strengthen our team, we are looking for committed and service-oriented personalities from December as
Chef de Rang (m|w|d).
Together with our service team, you will be responsible for the half-board restaurant (250 seats), the à la carte restaurant (50 seats), our sun terrace and our hotel bar. The team consists of approx. 15 employees, including trainees and interns.
Your profile:
- You have completed vocational training in the restaurant trade or a comparable qualification in the hotel/gastronomy sector or several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- You are friendly, natural, have professional manners and a well-groomed appearance.
- You enjoy working with people.
- Your strengths include organizational skills, the ability to work independently, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
- You have a very good command of German and English.
