Requirements
Head waiter (m/f/d) with sommelier skills
To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a service-oriented, technically skilled individual with a passion for wine, cocktails, and fine dining.
YOUR tasks are:
Independent management of a service station
Providing high-level service and advice to our guests with perfect sales skills, divided into aperitifs, wines of all kinds, digestifs, after-dinner drinks, desserts, etc.
Providing professional wine advice and recommendations
Selling and presenting our wine and beverage menu
Mice en Place and adherence to our quality standards
Training and support of commis de rang and service staff
Collaboration with the kitchen and restaurant team
YOUR profile:
Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality
Several years of experience as a chef de rang
Very good wine knowledge, ideally sommelier training
Well-groomed, friendly, and confident manner
Independent, structured way of working
Very good knowledge of German and other languages an advantage
Enjoy working with guests, team, colleagues, and above all, providing service
