Requirements
Head Waiter (m/f/d) with Sommelier Skills
To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a service-oriented, highly skilled individual with a passion for wine, cocktails, and the enjoyment of fine dining.
YOUR responsibilities include:
Independently managing a service station
Providing high-level service and advice to our guests with excellent sales skills, covering aperitifs, all types of wine, digestifs, and desserts…
Providing professional wine advice and recommendations
Selling and presenting our wine and beverage menu
Mise en place and adherence to our quality standards
Training and support for commis de rang and service staff
Collaboration with the kitchen and restaurant team
YOUR PROFILE:
Completed training in the food service/hospitality industry
Several years of experience as a Chef de Rang
Excellent knowledge of wines, ideally with sommelier training
Well-groomed, friendly, and confident demeanor
Independent, structured work style
Excellent German language skills; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Enjoy interacting with guests, the team, colleagues, and, above all, providing service
