Your responsibilities: Welcomingour guests and providing professional guest service at the highest level, assisting and advising guests, independently managing a service station in the half-board area and during lunch in the à la carte area, taking orders and serving food and beverages, coordinating service operations within your area of responsibility, instructing and supporting the commis de rang, Ensuring quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction; serving as a role model for employees and trainees

Your qualifications: acompleted, specialized training program in the restaurant or hotel industry, several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the upscale hotel sector, extensive expertise in wine and beverage knowledge, very good German and English skills, a well-groomed, confident, and friendly demeanor, Sommelier training is a plus, strong communication and organizational skills, a positive demeanor and ability to work well with others, and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people
