As a Chef de Rang, you are the face of the hotel, always close to the guests and the first point of contact for questions about menu or beverage choices. Working closely with the restaurant manager, you’re committed to tackling every challenge, celebrating successes together, and making a significant contribution to the company’s success.

Your responsibilities: Welcomingour guests and providing professional guest service of the highest standard; assisting and advising guests; independently managing a service station in the half-board area and during lunch in the à la carte area; taking orders and serving food and beverages; coordinating service operations within your area of responsibility; guiding and supporting the commis de rang; ensuring quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction; serving as a role model for employees and trainees.
Your Qualifications:Completed, specializedtrainingin the culinary arts or the hospitality industry; several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the upscale hospitality sector; extensive expertise in wine and beverages; very good command of German and English; a well-groomed, confident, and friendly demeanor; sommelier training is a plus, strong communication and organizational skills, a positive demeanor and ability to work well with others, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
