As Chef de Rang, you are the hotel's calling card, always close to the guest and the first point of contact for questions about the menu or drinks selection. In cooperation with the restaurant manager, it is important to you to master every challenge and thus celebrate successes together and make a significant contribution to the company's success.

Your tasks: Reception of our guests as well as professional guest care at the highest level, looking after and advising guests, independently managing a service station in the half-board area and at lunchtime in the à la carte area, taking and serving food and drinks, coordinating the service process in the area of responsibility, instructing and supporting the Commis de Rang, ensuring quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction, acting as a role model for employees and trainees
Your qualifications: Completed, specialist training in the gastronomy or hotel industry, several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the upscale hotel industry, strong expertise in wine and beverage knowledge, very good knowledge of German and English, well-groomed, confident and friendly appearance, sommelier training is an advantage, communication and organizational skills, positive charisma and ability to work in a team, enjoy dealing with people
