Tasks
Your responsibilities:
- Warmly welcoming and seeing off guests (check-in and check-out)
- Office and reservation tasks
- Assisting and advising our guests on-site
- Preparing the morning newsletter, menu, and weekly program
- Actively promoting room categories
- Posting services to guest accounts and preparing guest bills
Requirements
Your Qualifications:
- A completed, specialized training program in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
- Ideally, work experience in a similar position
- Good command of German and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a professional demeanor
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
- Enjoy working with people
