QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed training in the gastronomy/hotel industry
- Professional experience in the 4*/4*S hotel industry in this or a similar position
- Wine knowledge desired (we will be happy to train you further in this area)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reception and care of guests (advice and sales) at your station on the sun terrace, in the A la Carte or house guest restaurant
- Selling and advising on drinks and food
- Responsibility for your station
- Instructing the Commis de Rang at the station
- Food and beverage service
- Mise en place activities
- Language skills
