Description
We are a family-run 4-star hotel with 33 rooms in the center of Obertauern—with a clear focus on quality, a personal atmosphere, and a strong team.
For the 2026 summer season (mid-June – mid-September), we are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f/d) who will take on responsibility and actively help shape our service.
The role includes:
- Breakfast service with direct guest contact
- Evening service as part of our half-board concept
- Managing your own station and supporting the team
You will work in a manageable, well-structured environment where quality, clear processes, and teamwork are paramount.
👉 Prospects:If the collaboration is successful, we offer continued employment in the winter of 2026/27 with the opportunity to take on a team leadership role in service (e.g., Head Waiter / Head of Service).
Requirements
Your Responsibilities
- Independent management of a service station
- Actively assisting and advising our guests
- Ensuring professional service procedures (breakfast & dinner)
- Coordinating with the kitchen and front desk
- Assisting with the training of new employees
- Contributing to the further development of our service quality
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in service (ideally as a Chef de Rang)
- Structured and independent work style
- Leadership potential and a desire to take on responsibility
- Strong service orientation and commitment to quality
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Very good German language skills; English skills are a plus
