Description
We are a family-run 4-star hotel with 33 rooms in the heart of Obertauern—with a clear focus on quality, a personal atmosphere, and a strong team.
For the 2026 summer season (mid-June – mid-September), we are looking for a dedicated restaurant staff member (m/f/d) for breakfast and dinner service.
With us, you’ll work in a structured yet personal environment:
- Breakfast service with direct guest contact
- Dinner service as part of our half-board concept
- Close collaboration with the kitchen and front desk

With good performance, there is the prospect of continued employment in the winter of 2026/27, including the potential to advance to a team leadership role in service.

Requirements
Your Responsibilities
- Independently managing a service station (breakfast & evening service)
- Preparing and organizing the daily service routine
- Active guest service with a focus on quality and personal touch
- Ensuring smooth service in coordination with the kitchen
Adherence to our service and quality standards
Your Profile
- Experience in service (ideally in the upscale hospitality industry)
- Friendly, professional demeanor and enjoyment of guest interaction
- Structured and independent work style
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
- Good knowledge of German; English is a plus
- Language skills
