Your responsibilities during the apprenticeship will range from all service areas to the front desk/reception. The apprenticeship stipend and vacation entitlement are based on the guidelines of the Chamber of Commerce and the collective bargaining agreement. Requirements

Do you enjoy being around people and are you willing to handle a wide range of daily tasks? Are you interested in using hotel software and do you embrace new challenges? If you’re good at organizing yourself and your surroundings and can stay calm even during stressful times, then this is the right career for you. To a certain extent, the necessary skills can also be learned through training. An interest in foreign languages is also an advantage. Put yourself in the position of going on vacation and think about what you would expect. That is exactly what you need to provide for your guests. It’s actually quite simple and the same everywhere in the world.
