Head Waiter (m/f/d)

You are passionate about hospitality and enjoy providing our guests with a high level of personalized and professional service.

• Completed training in the restaurant or hotel industry is a plus
• Professional experience in upscale service, ideally as a Chef de Rang
• Confident, friendly, and well-groomed demeanor
• Very good command of German; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Good knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
• Ability to independently manage your own section
• Providing professional advice and service to our guests
• Sense of responsibility and a structured approach to work
• Team spirit and good collaboration with the kitchen and service staff
• Attention to detail and high standards of quality
• Warmth, attentiveness, and a genuine sense of hospitality
• Willingness to contribute your own ideas and work with us to further develop the Bergkristall service
