For us, a good apprenticeship means more than just teaching you the basics of your profession. We want to show you how much joy, creativity, and future potential there is in the hospitality industry—and train you, step by step, to become a true professional.

In the front of the house, Tamara will guide you with her wealth of experience, warmth, and a high standard of genuine hospitality. In the kitchen, you’ll learn from Sandro how to create exceptional dishes using quality ingredients, precise craftsmanship, and modern techniques. Both of them take the time to share their knowledge and support you in discovering and developing your own strengths.

Of course, we’ll also be by your side as you prepare for your exams. Your apprenticeship stipend and vacation entitlement are based on the applicable collective bargaining agreement. We provide you with free housing in our staff residence and meals.
