Our family-run 4-star superior Hotel Edelweiss is located right on the ski slope at an elevation of 2,090 meters in Hochsölden. About 25 employees—most of whom are long-time staff members—work together to provide warm hospitality at the highest level. With 100 guest rooms and an occupancy rate of around 90%, we primarily welcome guests from German-speaking countries.
To strengthen our team , we’re looking for a Chef de Partie – Gardemanger (m/f/d).
Full-time | 6-day workweek | Winter season from late November 2026 to early April 2027
Your Responsibilities:
- Independently managing a kitchen station
- Preparing high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients
- Preparing cold dishes
- Preparing and carrying out the daily mise en place
- Sharing responsibility for ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Careful handling of food and resources
- Adherence to our quality and hygiene standards
- Close collaboration with the entire kitchen team
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef
- Professional experience as a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) or Demi Chef de Partie (m/f/d)
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
- Commitment to quality and a passion for culinary craftsmanship
- Team spirit, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
- A passion for delighting our guests with culinary experiences
- Language skills
German
