Our family-run 4-star superior Hotel Edelweiss is located right on the ski slope at an elevation of 2,090 meters in Hochsölden. About 25 employees—most of whom are long-time staff members—work together to provide warm hospitality at the highest level. With 100 guest rooms and an occupancy rate of around 90%, we primarily welcome guests from German-speaking countries.
To strengthen our team , we are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f/d).
Full-time | 6-day workweek | Winter season from late November 2026 to early April 2027
Your Responsibilities:
- Independently managing a service station
- Providing warm and attentive service to our guests
- Providing expert advice on food and beverages
- Professional serving of meals and beverages
- Preparing and carrying out the daily mise en place
- Ensuring our quality and service standards
- Close collaboration with the kitchen team
Requirements
- Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry
- Ideally, 1–2 seasons of professional experience
- Enjoy working with people and providing high-quality service
- A well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
- Ability to work independently, in an organized manner, and with a sense of responsibility
- Commitment to quality, team spirit, and reliability
- Sufficient German language skills to communicate with guests; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
