Description
We are looking for a flexible and experienced restaurant manager to join our company. An interesting and responsible position awaits you in a young team. In this role, you will be in charge of the service area in our 4-star hotel and will be responsible for this department. You will welcome and seat guests and advise them on their food and beverage selections. You are familiar with HACCP guidelines and ensure cleanliness in the bar and service areas. In addition, you will optimize revenue in the restaurant by promoting upselling. Of course, you will manage the entire restaurant team, including trainees, and create the weekly schedule. Requirements
You have completed relevant training in the upscale hospitality industry and have already gained several seasons of professional experience. You impress with your confident demeanor and positive attitude; you are dedicated, motivated, and flexible, and you keep a clear head even during busy periods. Working independently is essential in this position, as is a willingness to collaborate and lead the rest of the service team.
