Requirements
Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for your own service station in the hotel restaurant
- Providing professional advice and service to our domestic and international guests
- Coordinating operations in the service area and working closely with the kitchen and other departments
- Ensuring smooth, high-quality service
- Training and mentoring commis de rang and interns
What you bring to the table:
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Team spirit and organizational skills
- Friendly, well-groomed appearance
- Good German and English language skills
