Description
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a flexible, resilient, and reliable Assistant Housekeeping Manager (m/f/d) who is accustomed to leading by example. We’re looking for a dedicated individual—who may prefer to work behind the scenes—who wants to find fulfillment in leading our team.
Requirements
Responsibilities: • Onboarding and training new employees • • Creating checklists and inspection procedures • Monitoring general hotel standards, including daily rounds and spot checks • Ensuring communication within the department • Complying with operational safety guidelines • Conducting inventory counts as arranged with the Housekeeping Manager, checking cleaning supply storage areas for completeness and cleanliness, and reordering products upon approval from the Housekeeping Manager. One of the duties will also involve assisting with the daily cleaning of guest rooms.
