Welcome to the Hotel Tirolerhof****S in Zell am See!
To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang (m/f/d) who will spoil our guests with passion and professionalism.
Your tasks:
- Competent care of our guests in the à la carte and half-board area
- Professional serving of food and drinks
- Responsibility for your own station and ensuring that everything runs smoothly
- Advising guests on food and drinks, in particular wine recommendations
- Compliance with quality and service standards
- Working closely with the kitchen and F&B management
- Training and supervision of Commis de Rang and interns
Requirements
- Completed training in the gastronomy or hotel industry
- Several years of professional experience as Chef de Rang in upscale gastronomy
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with guests
- Good knowledge of wine and food
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
- Well-groomed appearance and professional manners
- Language skills in German and English (other languages an advantage)
