Description
Welcome to the Hotel Tirolerhof****S in Zell am See!
We are looking for a creative and passionate pastry chef (m/f/d) to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of high-quality desserts, cakes and sweet dishes that will delight our guests.
Your tasks:
- Production and creative design of desserts and cakes
- Responsibility for the quality and presentation of desserts
- Developing new recipes and seasonal highlights
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Close cooperation with the kitchen team for optimal menu design
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef/pastry chef or several years of experience as a pastry chef
- Creativity and passion for upscale pâtisserie
- Careful and independent way of working
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy working in a motivated kitchen team
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility, even with a high volume of guests
- Language skills
