YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• friendly and professional service for our guests
• expert advice on choosing food and drinks
• Professional service in our dining rooms and at the bar
• Active beverage sales, including wine recommendations
• Operating an in-house service station with debt collection
• Mise en place tasks

• a completed training program in the hotel or restaurant industry
• in-depth expertise in classical and modern cuisine
