YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparing sophisticated dishes using a variety of cooking methods
  • Professional experience in various roles—including in the front-of-house kitchen
  • Mise en place tasks at the various stations
  • strict compliance with HACCP regulations

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • a relevant completed vocational training program, e.g., as a chef (m/f/d)
  • in-depth expertise in classical and modern cuisine
  • Creativity, perseverance, and a passion for your work
  • a warm, friendly, and confident demeanor
