Fancy a summer full of wine, fun and sunshine at the Boutique Hotel Martha in Zell am See? For the 2024 summer season from May 15 to October 15, we are looking for a young, dynamic sommelier/chef de rank to navigate our guests through a legendary wine selection - at Flos, where the cuisine is as fresh as the mountain air!

Our wine list? A dream for every wine tinkerer: from chilled Austrian Veltliners to exotic rarities - we have them all. You are not only a wine checker, but also a taste guru who takes our guests on a culinary journey of discovery at its finest.

Your summer job, should you accept the challenge:

Mix of wine connoisseur and gastro entertainer - bring our wine list closer to our guests with a good dose of charm and knowledge.
Be the first to pop the corks at our wine tastings and tasting events.
Keep the wine list fresh - we love new discoveries and trends!
Plus, add your own spicy touch to make Flos even more memorable.

What you should have:

A real drive for wine and gastronomy.
Team spirit, because we're all in the same boat.
Communication queen/king: You chat easily in German and preferably also in English.
Experience in the hospitality industry and in dealing with guests as well as serving, buying, selling and storing wine would be really great!

Requirements

What you should have:

A real drive for wine and gastronomy.
Team spirit, because we're all in the same boat.
Communication queen/king: You chat easily in German and preferably also in English.
Experience in the hospitality industry and in dealing with guests as well as serving, buying, selling and storing wine would be really great!
