Requirements
- Central point of contact in the team: As Chef de Rang, you are the personal point of contact for our guests and ensure that they feel completely at ease and well looked after. You are responsible for ensuring that every visit to our restaurant is an unforgettable experience - from the warm welcome to the perfect end to their meal.
- Organization and administration: You take care of your own service area with great attention to detail, take orders, serve the delicacies with a smile and respond to the wishes of our guests. You always keep an overview and ensure that the service process runs smoothly and with a lot of warmth.
- Support and collaboration: You work hand in hand with your team and colleagues from the kitchen to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience with us. Your collaboration ensures that every moment is perfectly coordinated - and our guests feel that.
- Personal responsibility and development: With us, you have the opportunity to manage your area independently and shape it with your personality. We offer you the chance to continuously develop yourself and contribute your ideas to make our service even more welcoming and professional.
What you bring to the table:
- A warm personality who enjoys working in a team and taking responsibility
- Good organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful moments
- Enjoy open communication and working together as equals
- Experience in the hotel industry or the willingness to enthusiastically familiarize yourself with the job - career changers are also very welcome
