Requirements
• The team’s go-to person: You’re the heart and soul of our breakfast kitchen, ensuring that our guests’ mornings get off to a perfect start right from the very beginning. With your dedication, you take care of everything—from preparing fresh ingredients to thoughtfully presenting the breakfast.
• Organization and Management: You always keep track of everything and ensure that all orders run smoothly. You manage the fresh inventory and make sure our breakfast buffet always shines in all its glory, so our guests feel completely at ease.
• Support and Collaboration: You’ll work closely with the service team and other departments to create a harmonious breakfast experience. Your team spirit ensures that all processes in the kitchen and breakfast area are perfectly coordinated.
• Personal Responsibility and Professional Development: You’ll have the opportunity to contribute your creative ideas and help shape the breakfast area according to your vision. We’ll support you in taking on responsibility and developing your skills—so you can grow alongside us.
What you bring to the table:
- A warm personality who enjoys working in a team and taking on responsibility
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep a clear head even in stressful situations
- A passion for open communication and collaboration on an equal footing
- Experience in the hotel industry or a willingness to enthusiastically learn the ropes—career changers are also welcome
- Language skills
