• Independently managing your own section of the restaurant
• Catering to discerning guests
• Taking on the role of host in one's own ward
• Active sales
• Professional food and beverage service
• Bar duty in the absence of the bar manager

• Well-groomed appearance
• Ability to work in a team
• Flexibility
• Load capacity
• Several years of professional experience as a head waiter and behind the bar
• Excellent knowledge of German
• Good English skills
• Knowledge of point-of-sale software
• Sommelier training is a plus
• A strong commitment to quality
