Servus...! at the Hotel Residenz Hochalm
To support our young, dynamic team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Chef de Rang for the summer season 2024 and also for the World Cup winter 2024/2025. Our modern, regional vacation hotel of the 4-star category is located in the HOME of LÄSSIG at 1,110 m above sea level, directly in the hiking and biking paradise in Saalbach Hinterglemm in the Salzburger Land. The hotel has 50 rooms & suites in various categories, a restaurant with sun terrace, spa area and a hotel bar.

Requirements
Your tasks:
◾ Providing authentic and professional service to guests
◾ Managing your own station
◾ Providing expert advice to our national and international guests
◾ Carrying out turnover-oriented additional sales
◾ Compliance with and ensuring service standards
◾ Compliance with HACCP guidelines and maintenance of the restaurant area
◾ Participation in internal training courses
Your profile: It would be great if you bring the following to the team:
◾ Professional experience in upscale gastronomy
◾ German & English skills are a must
◾ At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
◾ High motivation and commitment
◾ Ability to work independently What you can expect:
