Hello! At Hotel Residenz Hochalm
To support our young, dynamic team, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Chef de Rang for the 2026 summer season (and ideally also long-term for the 2026/2027 winter season). Located at 1,110 meters above sea level in the "HOME of LÄSSIG," right in the heart of the skiing, hiking, and biking paradise of Saalbach Hinterglemm in the Salzburg region, our modern, regionally inspired 4-star vacation hotel offers 50 rooms and suites in various categories, a restaurant with a sun terrace, a spa area, and a hotel bar.

Requirements
Your responsibilities:
◾ Providing authentic and professional service to guests
◾ Managing your own station
◾ Providing expert advice to our domestic and international guests
◾ Generating revenue through upselling
◾ Adhering to and ensuring service standards
◾ Complying with HACCP guidelines and maintaining the restaurant area
◾ Participating in internal training sessions
Your Profile: It would be great if you could bring the following to the team:
◾ Professional experience in upscale dining
◾ German and English language skills are a must
◾ At least 1–2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
◾ High motivation and commitment
◾ Ability to work independently What you can expect:
