Description
Hello! At Hotel Residenz Hochalm
We are looking for a motivated and committed receptionist for the 2026 summer season – seasonal position (with the option of a year-round position and opportunities for further development). Our modern, regional 4-star holiday hotel is located at 1,110 m above sea level, right next to the ski slope and the Hochalm mountain railway in Saalbach Hinterglemm in the Salzburg region. The hotel has 50 rooms and suites in six different categories, a restaurant with terrace, spa area, and a hotel bar.
Requirements
Your tasks:
◾ Processing the daily quotation requests
◾ Arrival checks and preparation for the following day
◾ Check in and check out
◾ Care and maintenance of the reservation platforms by our Channel Manager
◾ Accounting agendas and month-end closings
◾ Responding to incoming guest reviews (Booking.com, HolidayCheck, TripAdvisor, homepage)
◾ Establishing a personal, professional guest relationship and looking after our regular guests and national/international guests
◾ Communication with the housekeeping, F&B and kitchen team
◾ Support with valet parking during the winter months (driving license required)
Your profile:
◾ At least 1 year of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably also as a career changer
◾ Competent and cordial demeanor
◾ Team-oriented thinking and acting
◾ German & English skills are a must
◾ Ability to work independently
◾ High motivation and commitment
