Hello...! at the Hotel Residenz Hochalm
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated receptionist for the 2026/2027 winter season—on a seasonal basis (with the option of year-round employment and opportunities for professional development). Located at 1,110 meters above sea level—the “HOME of LÄSSIG”—right next to the ski slope and the Hochalm cable car in Saalbach Hinterglemm in the Salzburg region, our modern, regionally inspired 4-star vacation hotel is your perfect getaway. The hotel features 50 rooms and suites in six different categories, a restaurant with a terrace, a spa area, and a hotel bar.
Requirements
Your responsibilities:
◾ Processing daily quote requests
◾ Checking in arrivals and preparing for the next day
◾ Check-in and check-out
◾ Managing and maintaining the reservation platforms via our channel manager
◾ Accounting tasks and monthly closings
◾ Responding to guest reviews (Booking.com, HolidayCheck, TripAdvisor, website)
◾ Building personal, professional guest relationships and providing support to our regular guests and national/international guests
◾ Communication with the housekeeping, F&B, and kitchen teams
◾ Assisting with valet parking during the winter months (driver’s license required)
Your profile:
◾ At least 1 year of professional experience in a comparable position; career changers are also welcome
◾ Professional and warm demeanor
◾ Team-oriented mindset and approach
◾ German and English language skills are a must
◾ Ability to work independently
◾ High level of motivation and commitment
