Head Waiter (m/f/d)

As a Chef de Rang with bar experience at Hotel Gassner, you’ll be part of a warm and professional service team, ensuring that our guests feel completely at home—both at the bar and in the restaurant.

Your responsibilities:

- Independently manage bar operations two days a week during the closing shift in the absence of the Bar Manager - Prepare high-quality cocktails, mixed drinks, and aperitifs using your expertise - Provide personalized service and advice to our guests at the bar in a relaxed atmosphere - Ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with our quality and hygiene standards

Additional services:

- Assisting as a head waiter in the dining room on other days- Providing breakfast service for our hotel guests- Assisting with evening service, managing your own station, and interacting directly with guests- Providing expert recommendations on food and beverages as part of our gourmet cuisine
